If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request for a return within 14 days of purchase by emailing our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org. All items must be returned in their original condition in which you received them - New with Tags items should have the original tags attached, original packaging and care card (if any).
REFASH sellers are required to represent their items in their listings in a honest and accurate manner. All relevant information about the item’s authenticity, size, style, colour and condition should be made known in the listing. If you find that the item you purchased does not match its listing description, please indicate this in your return request.
All refunds will be made to the buyer's selected bank account. Refunds will take up to 7 working days to be made to you after your return request has been processed. The final refund amount will take into consideration any shipping charges incurred for the return.
